Never Stop Being Creative and Thinking Positively

Creativity is an essential ingredient in maintaining a positive and satisfying lifestyle. Creativity releases all the tensions in our lives and acts therapeutically on balancing our mind and body.

We can be creative in so many ways: cooking and presenting food, going for an embracing walk by the sea and daydreaming, writing a diary, the list is endless. And the more creative we are, less we harp on all the negative things in life. Creativity helps us to turn a bad situation into a challenge and something positive. With this comes a sense of openness, bursts of energy, zest for life, purpose. Purpose is so important. We know all this, but yet, how creative and positive are we in our everyday lives? How easy it is to say, "don't feel like getting up this morning," don't feel like working?" and on and on... until we make ourselves and others around us feel like life is not worth living! I have a partner like this. A complete ball of negativity who has lost the creative path. So I said, go on an adventure, do something positive and creative for yourself, then that will have a direct impact on the rest of the family. So that's what he is going to do and I know it will work. I'll let you know how we get on by next Christmas if not before!

In the meantime, have a positive and creative Year 2009. I know that everyone on searchWarp will continue their creative work and I can only say "Spread the word!" Happy New Year searchWarpers!

I can agree with creativity being therapuetic. My mom used to tell me that I should even go clean the house with my touch added, and I wouldn't be upset anymore. She was right.

Today I don't clean as much, but I love to cook and present food to anyone who will take it. I love it! My husband Mark however, wishes I wouldn't share so much. Haha

Love and blessings
