From the Southern sky to the Northern lights, Love of the North-South devide

From the Southern sky to the Northern Lights,
That warm my heart with their promise of new life,
There is a strong magnetic force waiting to be met
and held close in suspended animation for just a moment
where the tide meets the shore, there the meeting of two minds,
two heartbeats uniting in telepathic thought.
What was once a dream becomes a reality
of infinite possibility,
Each moment vital and profound,
Amidst the confusion, the Northern Lights
bring a bright, clear day,
And content that at last I've found the way...
The way home...
From the Southern sky to the Northern Lights,

You from the North and I from the South
On this Island of love
bathing in the heat of the summer sun
the meeting of two minds, our hearts becoming one...

My wonderful wife is from California and I am originally from British Columbia, Canada. A few years after we were married, I moved this California girl to Northern British Columbia, just a few hours drive south of the Yukon Territory. There we saw the wonders and beauty of the Northern Lights. They are an amazing sight, yes and quite romantic.
